Our 40-person conference room can be used in conjunction with your event. Our pricing is $25 per hour for Otsego County Residents and $35 per hour for Out of County Residents, requiring a signed agreement and one hour deposit.

Yellow Room

The “YELLOW” Room is a 30′ x 40′ space ready for any good sized event that you need the space for. Pricing is $35 per hour for Otsego County Residents and $45 per hour for Out of County Residents, requiring a signed agreement and one hour deposit. It’s great for Birthday parties, Family Events, Dance Class or Meetings.

Blue Room

The “BLUE” Room is a 40′ x 60′ space, also used for Indoor Pickleball, made for the larger gatherings or events in our lives. This room is priced at $50 per hour for Otsego County Residents and $60 per hour for Out of County Residents, requiring a signed agreement and one hour deposit.

Concourse Rental

Concourse Is perfect for a small party. You have two 8' tables & 16 chairs for your use.

Pricing is $10 per hour for Otsego County Residents and $15 per hour for Out of County Residents.
